- --Implement Tips--
- Disc
- Hold left click to charge the disc, increasing launch speed. Release to fire.
- A brief speed penalty is imposed when the disc begins charging.
- Disc is a slow and cumbersome implement, with power to match.
- Shotgun
- Hold left click to charge a shot, increasing accuracy up to a certain limit. Release to fire.
- Hold right click to charge a shot. Release to fire early, or continue holding to fire automatically once fully charged.
- Hold left and right cick to fire rapidly.
- A brief speed penalty is imposed when a shot begins charging.
- Shotgun is a balanced and straightforward implement.
- Laser
- Hold left click to activate the laser. The longer a foe is affected by the laser, the more damage they recieve.
- While the laser is active, it heats up. Upon reaching maximum heat, the laser will shut down until it cools completely.
- The laser cools while it is not active. The laser cools faster while above half heat.
- The laser imposes a speed penalty while active, but only below half heat.
- Laser is a mobile but finnicky implement.
- Disc
--Upgrade Tips--
- Hovering over an upgrade will display its tooltip!
- ALL upgrades are multiplicative, including with themselves.
- However, one should still be mindful of their selections, as some combinations are counterproductive for other reasons.
- --Foe Tips--
- Foes have a reaction time, they can only access your past location.
- To determine your location in the present, they must guess based on your past location and movement.
- You can manipulate these predictions by changing your movement at the right moment, to nullify a foe's attack.
- --Roller--
- Rollers try to predict their distance to the player, and attack when they think that distance to be small.
- To draw out a roller's attack, move toward the roller, then away from it.
- After attacking, the roller takes time to accelerate back to top speed
- --Eye--
- Eyes attack in the direction they predict the player to be.
- Changing our lateral direction when an eye turns red will cause its attack to miss.
- Eyes synch their attacks, be wary of many eyes attacking from different directions!
- --Gunner--
- Gunners aim where they predict the player will go, attempting to cut off our path.
- To avoid a gunner's fire, we can change direciton, or weave through their bullets.
- --Arc--
- Foes have a reaction time, they can only access your past location.
